Goals & Objectives of the Position:
- Build a client base of businesses and individuals
- Become an owner in the firm
- Provide excellent customer service
- Become an asset to the firm and its’ staff and clients by applying expert knowledge
Employment Requirements:
Prior work experience: Five or more years in Public Accounting with a focus on tax
Educational degrees: Certified Public Accountant in good standing
Essential Abilities, Behaviors & Motivators:
- Comfortable working directly with business owners and individual tax clients
- Demonstrated ability to review tax returns and work papers
- Outgoing individual who likes to network
- Team oriented
- Seeking to progress in career
- Enjoys solving business problems
- Has a desire to coach and mentor staff
Working Conditions:
Hours: 40 hours per week out of tax season, 53 - 60 hours per week during tax season (Feb 1 through April 15)
Office Location: Spokane Valley
Necessary travel : Minimal
