Goals & Objectives of the Position:
1. Build a client base of businesses and individuals
2. Become an owner in the firm
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Become an asset to the firm and its' staff and clients by applying expert knowledge

Employment Requirements:
• Prior work experience: Five or more years in Public Accounting with a focus on tax
• Educational degrees: Certified Public Accountant in good standing

Essential Abilities, Behaviors & Motivators:

• Comfortable working directly with business owners and individual tax clients
• Demonstrated ability to review tax returns and work papers
• Outgoing individual who likes to network

Working Conditions:
• Hours: 40 hours per week out of tax season, 53 - 60 hours per week during tax season (Feb 1 through April 15)
• Office Location: Spokane Valley
• Necessary travel : Minimal
